Our collective offers a wide range of therapy services, reflecting the diverse specialties of our clinicians. Each therapist has their own areas of focus and approach, which you can explore on our bio pages. We work with individuals, couples, teens, and adults, supporting a variety of needs and life experiences. This allows us to help match you with a clinician who feels like the right fit for you.

Getting started is simple. You can reach out through our contact form and we’ll help match you with a therapist who may be the best fit for your needs. If you already have a specific clinician in mind, you can also request an appointment directly through our bio pages. We’ll take it from there and guide you through the next steps.

We are a group of experienced therapists who genuinely support and care for one another, and this foundation shapes everything we do. Because we value our relationships as clinicians, we treat this collective space—and our work with clients—with intention, nurture, and sincerity. At the heart of our collective is a deep commitment to the people we work with. We believe meaningful therapy grows from genuine care, presence, and trust, and we bring that intention into every client relationship. Our collective was created as a space where clients feel supported, respected, and truly cared for—not just by an individual therapist, but by the values that guide our work.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within two business days.

Insurance acceptance varies by clinician, but we are generally in-network with BCBS PPO and Aetna PPO plans. For more details about which insurance each of our therapists accepts, you can visit The Collective page.
