I am a clinically licensed therapist in Chicago, working with teens and adults on a variety of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, panic attacks, stress management, perfectionism, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. I incorporate creative and expressive approaches, particularly for self-regulation and trauma processing, drawing on my background in the arts.

My clinical approach is relational and integrative, combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based practices, psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also certified in Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Therapy, which allows me to offer creative tools to support emotional healing and growth.

In therapy sessions, I create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences with openness and care. I focus on building trust, fostering self-awareness, connecting through shared humor, and supporting meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients develop a stronger relationship with themselves and move toward a life that feels grounded, aligned, and fulfilling.

I offer in-person therapy in Chicago’s Fulton Market and virtual counseling sessions throughout Illinois.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, weaving on my loom, chasing my toddler around, reading too many books at once, and going to estate sales.
